DoorDash is a delivery platform connecting consumers with restaurants and grocery stores. In July 2026, Andy Fang reported that 50% of trajectories using Ask DoorDash for restaurants are orders from places the user has never ordered from before, and that grocery orders have 40% larger basket sizes. Stanley Tang noted that the first and last 100 feet of delivery data is unique to DoorDash and not available elsewhere. He predicted that if DoorDash were created today, it would be more agentic-first. Andy Fang predicted that in 10 years, there will be more Dashers doing deliveries, not less, despite robotics and AI advancements.
