What is Glean?

Glean is an enterprise AI search and knowledge discovery platform. Other companies use Glean as a foundation for building agentic AI products.

• Dec 2025 - Arvind Jain said that some of Glean’s fine-tuning work for specific use cases within its product did not pan out, and the company chose to go with already built models.
