PSA (prostate-specific antigen) is a biomarker used to monitor prostate cancer progression. In November 2025, Rhonda Patrick reported that men with low-grade prostate cancer supplementing with about 60 mg of sulforaphane per day slowed the doubling of their PSA antigen by approximately 86%. She also noted that sulforaphane increased the excretion of benzene through urine by about 60% within 24 hours.
